Terms & Conditions

The simple ground rules that keep lessons running smoothly for everyone.

Booking

Lessons are booked by agreement over email, WhatsApp or LINE. A lesson is confirmed once payment has been received.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer using the details provided after booking. Private lessons are ฿500 per 60-minute lesson. Translation work is quoted individually.

Cancellations

Lessons are non-refundable once payment has been made. Where possible, a lesson may be rescheduled if you give notice in advance.

Lesson delivery

Lessons run online and last 60 minutes. Homework is available on request. Children are taught from the age of 7.
